North Cyprus Fertility Clinic (North Cyprus IVF) has been a pioneer in donor IVF services in the region. Our sperm donor IVF program helps couples with male factor infertility achieve pregnancy through the use of a sperm donor.
Low
sperm count, poor motility, or
abnormal morphology of sperm can make it very difficult to conceive using your
partner’s sperm. This is a procedure by which the egg of a female is
fertilized, using artificial insemination techniques
or IVF, with sperm from a healthy male that has
been donated and kept frozen in a sperm bank.
The resulting embryo may then develop into a fetus inside the uterus. This way,
a couple gets a chance to conceive a child who has genetic traits of one of the
parents and the mother can experience pregnancy.
At North Cyprus IVF center, we only use certified sperm from a well-known and accredited international cryo bank. We are able to disclose information such as height, weight, educational attainments, skin, eye and hair color of the donor. However, we do not disclose any information about the identity of the donor. We do not accept applications for those interested in donating their sperm.
We require the following information for
couples undergoing Sperm Donation IVF treatment
Ages of the patients
Blood types
Hormone test results of the female to be performed on the 3rd day of cycle.
These are: FSH, LH, E2 and PRL tests.
Husband’s physical features (skin, eye and hair color)
However, prior to consulting sperm donation as an option, there are
alternatives that a couple can seek first. These alternatives are minor
surgical procedures like TESE/PESA/TESA that surgically look for live sperm
cells within the testes.
